On my way to Kedarnath, Uttarakhand!

Who Am I?

My friends would say I have got bit of a character – in a good way, I hope.

In my mid-twenties, I am constantly seeking out experiences that challenge my perspective and spark creative thinking. Whether it’s professional tasks, traveling to new destinations, getting lost in a photograph, or pondering the phenomena of the universe, I am always on the lookout for anything that can ignite my imagination.

Art, music, and the written word hold a special place in my heart. There’s nothing quite like getting swept away by a captivating melody, or losing myself in the beauty of a masterpiece.

But poetry – that’s my true passion. Don’t be surprised if you catch me deep in thought, quietly recalling the verses of my favorite poets.

I’m fascinated by the complexities of human emotions, the vastness of the universe, and the unique stories that each person carries.

My Story…

Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh, India, has been my home since birth.

I grew up in a simple environment surrounded by my dad, a mechanical engineer in a private company, my younger brother, and my mom, a homemaker.

From a young age, I’ve always been curious about the world around me. I craved answers to even the most seemingly insignificant questions, which fueled a strong sense of reasoning in me.

This inquisitive nature led me to explore various passions and pursue different career paths throughout my life.

Life has been a journey of ups and downs, but I’ve always made a conscious effort to document my experiences.

Elementory School, 2006 – 2016

My educational foundation began at Vindhyachal Academy, a well-respected school in my city.

While I wasn’t always the most consistent student, I thrived in the learning environment and would ocassionally score exceptional grades!

More importantly, Vindhyachal is where I met some of my closest friends – the kind you can pick up right where you left off, even years later (like yesterday!).

Senior High, 2016 – 2018

I decided to switch schools after 9th grade because my last school was undergoing a lot of reforms that weren’t good.

Mansarovar Public School became my new home for 11th and 12th grade in the commerce stream. Here’s where I truly experienced adolescence – the thrill of youth, the rebellious spirit, maybe a few “lafda days” with friends.

This where I start developing interest in all the forms of art!

Mansarovar was perhaps more about character development for me, as I ultimately did not take my 12th final exams.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Polytechnic College, 2018 – 2021

If you’re from India, you may have heard about Polytechnic diplomas. You can pursue one after completing 10th Standard.

I followed my dad’s advice and enrolled in a Civil Engineering diploma program in 2018. My goal was simple: get a job through placements and gain financial independence.

However, college turned out to be unexpected. Frequent clashes with old-school professors led to a loss of interest in the program.

I simply couldn’t envision my future there.

Day 1 At Amazon, 2020 – 2021

In June 2020, I discovered that Amazon was offering exciting work-from-home customer support associate roles in my city. Intrigued by the opportunity, I jumped in and aced the three-round assessment and interview process. While the wait until September felt long, the perseverance paid off – I landed the job!

Amazon provided a great PC for my home office, along with a comprehensive benefits package. It was an amazing first step into the corporate world. One of the most rewarding aspects was the chance to learn from inspiring leaders whose decisions impacted Amazon’s operations across an entire continent, if not the world.

This experience ignited a passion for the corporate world, which some might find surprising. But witnessing firsthand how seemingly small actions and decisions can have such a large-scale impact was truly inspiring.

Covid, 2021

On 14th April 2021 around 4:30 in the morning, dad took his last breathes in AIIMS, Bhopal. Three months later, I lost my uncle, my father’s younger brother.

These events shaped me significantly, fostering a stronger sense of responsibility in my life.

My First Office Job: Magnet Brains, 2021 – 2022

After Amazon, I felt ready to take on a more comprehensive role and explore new areas within the tech industry. I actively pursued opportunities by applying to positions in nearby cities.

Magnet Brains, a Bhopal-based software company, stood out, and I was fortunate to land a role as a Software Trainer. While training new hires on the company’s software was a key responsibility, my experience went beyond that. I was fortunate to have exceptional mentors, like my manager, Satyabala Pali.

Through their guidance, I gained valuable exposure to the internal processes that drive software success, including planning, UI/UX design, marketing, email marketing, social media, and technical support.

Joined Brainstorm Force, 2022 – Present

Honesty truly does open doors to unexpected opportunities. This is exactly what happened when I joined Brainstorm Force as a Scrum Master.

It was a role I had no prior experience with, but my mentor, Sujay Pawar, saw my potential and entrusted me with the challenge.

My first year at Brainstorm Force was a period of immense learning. I delved into the intricate details of various business aspects, quenching my intellectual curiosity in a way I hadn’t before.

It felt like this opportunity was truly meant to be!

And that’s my story so far!

Exciting times are ahead! I’m embarking on new chapters in both my professional and personal life.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Loving the journey so far! Making friends and constantly snapping pictures to document it all.
